Welcome to Botanique Tales Flowers FZE. By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all customers using our website and purchasing products from Botanique Tales Flowers FZE.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms when necessary. Any changes will be published on our website.

2. Products & Flowers

Our flowers are fresh, natural and seasonal products. Therefore, slight variations in colour, size, shape, arrangement and appearance may occur compared with photographs displayed on our website.

Product images are intended to represent the overall style and appearance of our arrangements.

3. Flower & Packaging Substitutions

Flower availability may change depending on season and stock availability.

If a particular flower, foliage, wrapping material or decorative element is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement as closely as possible.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, payment, contact and delivery information.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel an order where necessary. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

5. Delivery

We currently provide delivery only within Dubai, UAE.

Each arrangement is freshly prepared after the order is confirmed.

Once the order has been fully prepared and is ready for dispatch, we aim to complete delivery within approximately 1 hour.

Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, high order volumes, building access restrictions, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Delivery Information & Recipient Availability

Customers must provide the correct recipient name, telephone number and complete delivery address.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available to receive the order.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled or changed before preparation of the flower arrangement has begun.

Once an arrangement has been prepared, customized or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, in poor condition or is incorrect, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, interfere with website functionality, or use our website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, including our branding, photographs, designs, graphics and written content, may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

10. Personal Information

Personal information provided through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability
