Botanique Tales provides complimentary flower delivery across Dubai.

Same-day orders are delivered within approximately 2 hours after the order is confirmed. Customers may also order in advance and select an available future delivery date at checkout.

Please provide the recipient’s correct name, mobile number and complete Dubai address. Delivery may be delayed if the recipient cannot be contacted or the information is incomplete.

Exceptional delays may occur due to traffic, weather, building access restrictions, peak periods or circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you if a significant delay is expected.
