Customisation
We welcome custom arrangements tailored to your vision — including colour palettes, bloom selection, sizing, and wrapping style. Customisation requests must be submitted at the time of ordering. Changes after confirmation may not be accommodated. Custom arrangements require a minimum of 1 day's advance notice to ensure your vision is brought to life with care and precision. Custom orders may require additional preparation time; our team will confirm timelines upon request.

General Terms
All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure the highest quality. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Botanique Tales is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
