Return & Refund Policy

At Botanique Tales Flowers, every arrangement is prepared with care using fresh flowers. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your flowers arrive damaged, in poor condition, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the flowers and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Fresh Flower Variations

Flowers are natural products, so slight variations in colour, size, shape, and appearance may occur.

Certain flowers, foliage, or wrapping materials may also be substituted depending on seasonal availability. Any substitution will be made with an item of similar style, quality, and value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

These natural variations or reasonable substitutions are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations or changes can only be accepted before preparation of the arrangement has begun. Once flowers have been prepared, arranged, or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Delivery

Please ensure that the recipient's name, address, contact number, and other delivery information are correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, an unavailable recipient, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
